Training & Education
“The more you learn, the better you work”. We value our staff's capabilities and regularly hold customized training programs. This allows employees to develop new skills and knowledge while building expertise. Here, our training process is divided into three categories, namely,
Basic Induction Training (BIT): Induction training is training given to new employees. The purpose of the induction period (which may be a few hours or a few days) is to help a new employee settle down quickly into the job by becoming familiar with the people, the surroundings, the job and the business.
On-Job Training (OJT): On-the-job training (OJT) is a form of training taking place in a normal working situation. The trainee is kept under observation during OJT.
Formal outside Training (FOT): Company allows and helps the employee to undergo training at home and abroad.
